The TKS Group LLC has four areas of business: Private Investment opportunities, Capital (Debt & Equity) resources, Retirement Financial Consulting & Real Estate Development. The main operational sectors are Commercial Real Estate and Tech Private Placement Alternative Assets. TKS has several current engagements and more opportunities coming up in Real Estate, Tech (Direct & Funds), FinTech, BioTech, Ed-Tech, A&D, Blockchain, etc.

TKS serves both sides of the private securities capital spectrum by finding equity & debt funding for Sponsors/Issuers as well connecting Investors seeking direct Private Placement.

TKS also handles referrals for business, real estate lending, subcontract trade business development, and Insurance consulting. 

ABOUT TOM

Tom is a Principal under TKS Group LLC. He is a FINRA registered investment banker & placement agent that connects investment capital and opportunities. Tom is an Affiliate Partner at Stonehaven who works individually and collaboratively to originate and execute for clients on the Stonehaven platform.

Prior to Stonehaven, Tom was registered with two New York boutique investment banking and Broker-Dealers and another FinTech platform Broker-Dealer. Tom has extensive experience in commercial real estate development, including 17 years with Related Partners, 6 years with Tishman Realty & Construction, 6 years at Bovis Lend Lease and others. He expanded his influence the past 8 years by building his own business (TKS Group), adding LP through GP participation in CRE Projects and other private investments.

Mr. McCloskey studied graduate-level Masters Business Administration at 3 major universities, NYU, Johns Hopkins & Union College after receiving his BS in Civil Engineering from Union College. Tom holds a SIE, Series 63 & 82. He is also a Licensed & Certified Insurance Consultant & Producer.
