TKS focussed on opportunities to acquire and re-develop off market, undervalued, distressed, underutilized or under built properties. Seeing past the pre-purchased property condition and taking advantage of available unbuilt FAR, TKS adaptively & creatively rebuilt, expanded, and modernized to create added value. All projects have pre-thought backup plans and an exit strategy. TKS has the experience, capability and expertise to successfully and profitably manage the development process.
Since mid 2016 TKS has developed a portfolio of high-end projects, mainly in the NYC and Greenwich, CT areas. TKS also partnered on developments in Philadelphia, Florida & NYC Metro area. Our projects are assessed for attractive acquisition entry point, workable capital structure and reposition for profitable value add. We welcome opportunistic capital partners.
